Cardi B Indicted After Strip Club Fight
A grand jury in Queens has returned an indictment against Cardi B, a source with knowledge of the case against the rapper told ABC News.
Rapper "Bodak Yellow" was charged with 14 counts, including two counts of attempted assault for serious crimes, according to the source. The accusation will not be opened until his appearance on Tuesday afternoon.
The charges reported are a significant improvement on the initial charges you received. Cardi B had faced charges for minor offenses stemming from a fight in a strip club in which she is accused of throwing bottles and chairs at two waiters.
Previously, she rejected an offer of guilt from the Queens District Attorney's office, which had indicated that additional charges could be filed when presenting the case to a grand jury.
